used as additive as steel-making process.material quality categories are based on the level of carbon content, i.e,supur high grade (f.c 95% min),ist grade(f.c:94% min),2nd grade(93%min),3rd grade(f.c:90%).the recarburising efficiency of the super high grade is almost as good as petcoke material of FC98% but pricing is as low as even less than half of petcoke material.therefore,this coal based recarburizer is widely accepted as an alternative material to petcoke to be used in the industry.
